An inquiry may include your name, company, email address or WhatsApp number, target market, product references, estimated quantity, and the project requirements you provide. Please send only the information needed for your inquiry.
How we use it
We use inquiry information to reply to you, understand the product or sourcing request, clarify project requirements, prepare next steps, and continue project-related communication.
To limit automated abuse and duplicate emails, the form keeps short-lived keyed hashes of technical identifiers and submission contents, plus sending status. These protection records are used for up to seven days and expired records are removed during routine cleanup; they do not contain your inquiry text or raw contact or network addresses. A temporary retry token and content hash may also be kept in your browser session so that refreshing the page does not create a duplicate email.
Service providers
Information may be processed by email-delivery and website-hosting providers when that processing is necessary to operate the inquiry route and communicate with you. We do not add your inquiry to a marketing subscription through this form.
Retention
We keep inquiry and project communication only for as long as reasonably needed to handle the request, maintain the related business communication, or meet a legal obligation.
Your information
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted by emailing nora@antuer.com. We may need enough information to identify the relevant inquiry before acting on a request.
